Brixenden House

This is an interesting case as the Property Manager had been advised by the block manufacturers NOT to pressure wash the courtyard and it still hasn’t been done to this day! Since then, the manufacturers advise light use of a pressure washer, probably as ‘cleaning with a sponge, soap and water ’ isn’t very practical. However, one by one Residents have asked my to clean their terraces and patios and I clean the bin store and bins twice yearly. It’s a wonderful place and whilst I was working there last year, Peregrine Falcons were swooping by hourly. I hope to clean the courtyard soon.
