I care for a select, but growing number of apartment blocks and work with both the resident Directors and their appointed Property Management Managers.

I can clean all manner of surfaces, including: tarmac, concrete and clay block paving, natural stones such as Indian Sandstone, limestone, slate, granite, flagstone, porcelain and marble. I also clean plastics, brickwork, decking and fencing, acrylics and glass.

Refurbishing large paved areas commonly used as an entrance, turning and parking is a service I offer on a bi-annual basis, this makes it safer and maintains property value. I also clean bins and bin stores, cleaning and disinfecting the bins thoroughly and keeping the environment presentable and more convenient to use – this helps encourage residents to manage their waste more compliantly.
I can safely, quickly and effectively clean the following:

Frequency
Attending as frequently as deemed necessary, I keep property assets and grounds clean, attractive and safe attending at intervals to suit the task and budget.
Reporting
Once appointed, I post progress reports in real-time with Directors and Managers using a ‘shared photo stream’ or if an iOS device isn’t available, WhatsApp.
