look after a number of apartment blocks for this Company, but by chance, met the resident Secretary of the Management Company and it was the Committee decision to ask me to quote. I did more work than the company I was competing against and do so for less money, so all were happy.
Albany Park is one of two blocks constructed by the same company and the brickwork is highly susceptible to getting dirty as a result of a main road close by. It was my job to literally wash every square metre of the retaining walls which surround the grounds and property. I cleaned 1500 square metres of brickwork over three days and then cleaned the car parking spaces and paths throughout the ground.
