Treetops Gated Community

This prestigious project is typical of my work and I was invited to quote as a result of cleaning a neighbours property.

Treetops is a luscious community of Huff houses in Chilworth and this project is ongoing as I have been appointed to refurbish the car park, which was covered in moss and keep the entrance and communal drive clean. I visit twice yearly and work in collaboration with the owners who also use me to keep their drives clean. It requires careful planning as the main drive slopes towards the properties and waste water tends to runaway. Ridding the drive of moss, which tends to be present where shaded, requires careful management and I use non-aggressive tools and a brush to rid the tarmac of most the moss. I thereafter clean the tarmac with water and a wide angled nozzle to minimise any disturbance to the substrate. Merely brushing a tarmac drive will loosen fragments and a pressure washer is no different, but it works well and the clients are universally happy with the results.
