This property is situated in Sandbanks, Poole and attracts a premium rental, so Silverbirch called me in to ‘freshen it up’. It was hardly a mess, but the Agent has high standards and the modern paving and the paths to the side and the patio to the rear of the property simply needed fast and timely cleaning. Whilst there, I also gently cleaned the rendered walls.
