Newitt Place

Newitt is a great example of clients increasing their appetite for a cleaner environment as various aspects become the focus. It’s my living case study as I live here! It started with the bin stores, there are three, two exterior stores, one with two bins and the other three and an indoor store which is used entirely for recycling. All are deep cleaned quarterly, but because I am conveniently available, I also manage the contents and keep the waste disposal compliant. Beyond the bins, I clean all the car parking spaces annually and pressure wash the drive, ridding the approach of moss and keeping it clear. I have also started cleaning the walls, entrances, steps and balconies.
