Sub-contract work for third party cleaning Company

Client: Gleam Pro Clean

Roof clean
I work for a lot of fellow cleaning companies, providing the support, equipment and indeed expertise where there are pressure washing requirements. Most cleaning companies undertake the occasional pressure washing project and it makes sense to sub-contract me than invest in the necessary equipment. In the case of this property, I supplied the a washer complete with a 100 metre, lightweight high pressure hose and managed the pressure levels with an integral gauge. To replace a roof like this would cost circa £45,000 and to clean it, some 90% less, but such was a scale of the project, my client preferred to use a pressure washer on a low setting along with a surface cleaner. If you look at the garage roof, you can see the results. Eventually, after nearly four days work, the roof and the hanging tiles looked brilliant. Because we can clean using a scaffolding tower, huge savings were made and the home-owner saved over £40,000.
